1. Free trial first
We offer a free 24-hour trial with no card required specifically so you can test the service before paying. We strongly recommend using it before subscribing.
2. Once a subscription is active
Because access is delivered instantly and digitally, we generally do not offer refunds once your login credentials have been provisioned and delivered — the same standard most IPTV/streaming subscription services use, since usage can't be "returned."
3. Exceptions
If the service fails to work at all (e.g. we're unable to provision your line, or there's a technical fault entirely on our end that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time), we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
4. How to request one
Contact us on Telegram with your order ID and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within a few hours.
